The staff here are angels, especially Ms. Jai. One of the last times I went to this location I wasn't paying attention and tripped over their speed bump in the parking lot on my way in. I get really oozy with exposed blood and was almost passing out from bloody knees. Ms. Jai cleaned me up before my appointment because I couldn't do it myself. While it was super embarrassing itself, Ms. Jai never made me feel bad and she was so kind to me the entire time. Cleaning up my bloody knees is not in her job description, and I really do not know what I would have done without her help. I just recently went back for testing (they have a sliding scale for prices which is a God send) and was telling the nurse taking care of me about the funny story years prior, and it was Ms. Jai! She's still at this location taking care of people. Being so warm, providing kind, professional, and informative care like the rest of the skilled staff at PP (:

I go they ask me all these questions. So GOV. I give some urine and they tell me I can’t use my Visa card. Made me so made. I didn’t even talk about the fake Telemedicine that was usless. I leave go to Wellstar (which I should have done when I notice the UTI). I get there at 3:49, urine in a cup, 4:49 I am on my way to Walmart pharmacy. Should have gone there Monday and save myself lots of time and headache dealing with the new “I don’t care workforce”. And if you disagree with my assessment of today’s work force that means I am talking about YOU. If you don’t understand what I mean, again I am talking about you. Learn to give a dame or you will find that negative attitude has spilled into your entire life.

I'll try to breakdown my experience the best I can. I was the first patient to have a scheduled appointment. I also paid without insurance. Outside the Clinic: Building is off a busy road with traffic. The parking lot is a one way you'll have to drive against to leave. Security was parked outside. You have to buzz to speak with a staff member before getting in. Inside the Clinic: I noticed the facility's floors weren't clean and one room I saw debris of dirt and grime. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom trashcan's lift foot pedal is broken; It is just a small bended rod. Ultrasound Appointment Experience: I had an appointment at 8:30 (first person in) scheduled for an ultrasound to determine how far along I am in my pregnancy. I signed in and was given a folder/binder of procedures and information to look over to "electronically sign" which is just a courtesy it seems since you don't sign anything. It's not the same at the pre check-in documents you sign online. I was told to give a urine sample and wasn't given a wipe to use. I found that odd. After giving my urine sample I paid $250 for the ultrasound and received a receipt. I was told to go wait in the waiting room again. There was a woman blaring news on her phone when there are signs saying no phones. The waiting room filled up pretty fast. I eventually got called back by a nurse practitioner (at 8:40) and met with the sonographer. I was hoping for a pelvic, but by law I had to do transvaginal due to it being my first ultrasound. I've never heard of this law, but the sonographer seemed very confident and knowledgeable. Your partner is not allowed back with you when you've finished all the safety and options questions. I was given such a short time to remove my clothing. The nurse practitioner, who was clearly learning (asking the sonographer questions), did my ultrasound. The ultrasound, meeting with the nurse practitioner and sonographer, took less than fifteen minutes. *I wish I was informed about the set up with the nurse practitioner performing the ultrasound instead of the sonographer. I would rather a sonographer who is trained instead of feeling like a practice dummy. Bedside manner from the nurse practitioner can definitely be improved. After the ultrasound I was told to sit in a different room alone for resources and someone to talk to me. I waited close to an hour just to be given printed papers and told to read these papers at home as well as call any of the listed numbers. I tried to ask questions to the staff member, but she was feet pointed at the door trying to rush me. I felt like I should've just left after the ultrasound. I left the building past 10 AM. I was scheduled for just an ultrasound. The only friendly staff member was the sonographer, Stacey. The others seemed to be there to just work bare minimum (I get it, but you're around vulnerable people) and talk to each other. I reccommend looking elsewhere. This was my first time going to a medical facility that made me feel like I had to write a detailed review due my negative experience. This place should run better and respect their patients.
