They switched my dentist without warning and every time I come there during the year, I have a new hygienist. My appt was at 11 am today and after waiting 30 min, I told the receptionist that was directly in front of me that I had not been seen. The hygienist then came out after 2 more min to take me back with no apology or acknowledgement of them being 30 min late. In addition, I received a dental facial rather than a proper cleaning. Although I appreciated the attention to detail, it wasn't very enjoyable at all & didn't feel like I was getting a professional experience. Please do better.
