  Had a 1:30 appointment on 11/22/25, arrived on them, just to be told there is a 45 min-1 hr wait time before I’ll be called back. The lobby was extremely full. The receptionist was super dry, not welcoming, and impatient when I was asking questions. She also looked drained. When asked why didn’t anyone call to inform me, she claims they just opened back up at 1PM. Unacceptable. All she cared was to reschedule me. I chose NOT to reschedule. I rearranged my Saturday for this appointment. I’ll rather go elsewhere than to deal with this sweat shop environment. This seemed like this is normal; over scheduling and being inconsiderate of patients time. Not the place for me!

  My experience at LASIKPlus has been none other than a 10 out of 10! Every person I was in contact with was extremely welcoming and made me feel special and cared for. From my consultation, to surgery, to my post-op visit, nothing went on without a hitch. I am truly grateful to the team at Galleria; their expertise is top of the line! Thank you for a life-changing experience! I now have 20/15 vision without glasses or contact lenses!!!!

  My Experience was amazing I booked my appointment online and came in and they literally had me booking and ready to do the procedure the next week ( Also offered same day Treatment) that was amazing ! CHRIS IN THE FRONT is amazing he went over every detail I needed to feel confident with my post operation care . As far as the surgery Dr Smith did an Amazing job painless and quick I could instantly see the difference after during the post operation I was told I went from being severely near sited to now I officially have 20/20 vision and it’s only going to get better I will be updating my review in a couple of months thank you So much LASIK Plus !   I had my LASIK procedure at LASIK Plus and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick. I could see immediately after the procedure with a smokiness but I was able to see. With any surgery there was some pain but nothing that was unbearable. The staff was incredibly kind and reassuring, walking me through every step and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. If you’re considering LASIK, I highly recommend LASIK Plus. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

  Had I known it would be this easy, I would have done it sooner. LasikPlus is the way to go for your Lasik needs. The process was very smooth. The cost was fair and affordable. The team was amazing and Dr. Smith was amazing and very calming. His personable energy will put you at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Patel who did my eye exam when I came in for my pre testing visit. I did my post op with Dr. Lo. They were all amazing! Every question I had they answered.
