I came for a routine cleaning and to check a back molar that had some discomfort and was told I had SIX cavities. It sounded highly unlikely as I’ve never had a cavity in my life before and the dentist I went to a couple months before found nothing alarming. Maybe one or two cavities sure, but six? When I asked more details about it, I felt that the hygienist was dismissive and just said that it was urgent that I take care of it as soon as possible. I wanted to trust the professionals so I went through with the fillings, but it definitely felt like a predatory practice. Also the discomfort I had on my back molar still persists so that problem wasn’t even handled.

I provided them with insurance information two days in advance, and confirmed with them my insurance when at the office. Waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time only to be told that they once again needed my insurance information after I asked how much longer it was going to be. The lady who I spoke with was rude and pushy, and tried to gaslight me into believing she had called me and emailed to say they didn't have my insurance information prior to my appointment (neither of which are true and shouldn't matter anyway just to get a cleaning...not to mention I gave them my insurance information once I arrived early for mt appointment). I've been coming here for over 10 years and will no longer be a patient. These people clearly have no idea what they're doing.

I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient, and their communication style made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. The quality of care felt subpar because of the rushed and impersonal approach. Ultimately, this experience has led me to seek a new dental provider. A good dentist should not only be skilled but also communicative and respectful, and unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service.
