  Had a great teeth cleaning by Camille she was gentle and friendly. Dr. O very knowledgeable. She was thorough with her explanation.

  Fantastic first visit from start to finish! I had the pleasure of going her for a 6 month cleaning as a new patient recently. What I thought would be a one hr visit turned into 3 hrs due to needing more dental work! Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Jessica the receptionist. The office space was warm and inviting. Music added to a relaxed atmosphere both while waiting and in exam room. Jessica explained the smilecare program which helped offset the office visit cost easily as well as any other needed work for a year. Shemeka was great for X-rays and made sure any questions were answered prior to work starting. I appreciated that my dental hygienist Camille had a great sense of humor to put my nerves at ease to prep for anesthesia for fillings which I didn’t know where needed till that day. Dr. O made the office visit pain free and pleasant. Her personality was very calming and being that I was there for 3 hrs I considered that a huge plus! The staff made me feel like I had a patient for years instead of a newbie. I have definitely found my new dental home. I appreciate knowing I can entrust this office with my dental care and leave with a smile for years to come. Continue to keep up the awesome work there!

  I went to this place for regular cleanings and had mostly good experiences. Things went down a notch when they went from privately owned to corporate but it was still fine. But recently I had to get crowns replaced and the entire process was botched. I was told that I would be getting the new crowns at my next visit and turns out I had to get temps. I was not mentally prepared for this and was upset by the miscommunication. We moved forward with my temps with the plan for me to return in 3 weeks for the permanents. When I arrived to the next visit the permanent set did not match at all and were not consistent with the shade I had selected. I had to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks. Before the final visit I received a call saying that my permanent set was delayed. I would have to go on my international trip with the too-dark temp set. I asked to speak to the dentist or a hygienist about my options but never got a call back. When I finally did get my final set they were satisfactory but the journey to get there was disappointing to say the least

  The hospitality from EVERYONE!!! They made me feel welcomed, regardless of everything and they were willing to accommodate me and they made me feel comfortable! This was 3rd dentist office this year and I really enjoyed my experience and I am excited to come back to receive my treatment!!
