Nova haf a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff and doctor's seemed like they wanted to help us drivers and not fail us. I truly believe that most companies were switching to Nova especially for the wait time. We were in and out. This Concentra seems like they kept most of the same staff. Especially the doctor. He is one of the best. I hope they keep this same energy.
