  When I was late for 25 minutes they asked us to leave and reschedule, even though I already called earlier to tell them I will be that late. Now I came on time 3:30 and still now at 4:01 they haven’t called my daughter in. So if they are late, what is the consequence? Is it fair for you to be doing this?

  I started a 16-month aligner plan, but the clinic never informed me they would be closing when I began treatment. They mismanaged existing patients, gave no proper guidance, refused a refund, and even removed the Marietta location from Google Maps. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and the management team has been careless and irresponsible.

  If you want to waste your money and time, and get absolutely horrible results, go to Willow Orthodontist. I have taken my daughter to this place for 4 and half years. They needed to fix her overbite. For that, they told us that they have to remove two good teeth. Since then, they have been trying to close the gaps and fix the overbite. But they could not. We have two dentists at their east cobb location. That location is closed permanently, and we had to switch to Alpharetta location. I asked the dentist at Alpharetta location how long it will take to close the gap. He told us that the previous dentist used wrong wires, so he needed to first reopen the gap, then close it. Worst part starts here: Alpharetta location is only open on Wednesdays. We had an appointment in August. We went to our appointment. But they were closed for that Wednesday. Nobody called us before the appointment to inform us that they were closed, and since then nobody called for re-appointment. When we were there, there were two other customers who came for their appointment as well. When we were there, I called their number (central office). They told me they would send a message to location manager, and they would get back to me for re-scheduling the appointment. They did not call back. Since then, I called 3 times to reschedule, and I was told that the location manager would get back to me asap. They did not. I called the central office and sent a complaint to their headquarters. I was told that a representative from headquarters would get back to me within a week. Two weeks have passed, and nobody has gotten back to me yet. This is how bad they are.

  Willow closed their east Cobb location permanently in the middle of my daughter’s treatment plan. This has forced us to the Alpharetta location which is only open one day a week. How could anyone be satisfied with an orthodontist office only open one day a week? We are screwed when she has a broken bracket. Do not recommend this company!

  I absolutely love Dr. Kar and her staff. Very professional and personable. Dr. Kar goes above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of and takes her time to answer all your questions. Best Orthodontist.
