When I booked my appointment, I clearly said I needed help removing a crown on an implanted tooth that was causing pain. Instead of addressing that, they made me go through a bunch of unnecessary X-rays and scans. I kept reminding the nurse why I was there, but she insisted it was required. After all that, Dr. Norman came in and said he couldn’t remove the crown because he didn’t have the right tools, something they should have told me before doing anything. He was unprofessional and dismissive, and just prescribed antibiotics even though there was no infection. It honestly felt like they were more focused on billing for X-rays than helping me. I’ve filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry about this unethical care. Would not recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Noman.
