  I've been to the Clermont location 2 or 3 times and it's a great place to donate. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and just nice in general. I thought I would give this location a try since it's so new and had a few positive reviews. Well that was a mistake. I had made an appointment and showed up early. There were two women working there, and one patient when I arrived. There was no one at the front desk so I started signing in. One of the women came up to greet me, but didn't even say hello, or good morning, or anything for that matter. In fact I made the mistake of placing the pen I used to fill out the sign in sheet in the wrong cup and was chastised for doing so. All throughout the process the woman who helped me practically didn't say a word to me the entire time I was there, except to ask for the required information and consent statements. Honestly I'll never go back to this location for how poorly I was treated.

  I donated at this location for the first time this afternoon and the ladies who work here were so nice, friendly, and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process.

  Very friendly, kind and professional staff. Takes whole blood and plasma donations but NOT dual red cell donations.
