They have not been very organized with any of the appointments that they make either. They gave me one appointment and then after driving there was told to home after 5 minutes and no checkup. They told me I was coming in for PT and then told me I wasn't even approved for it yet. They called me and set me up for PT a few days later only to call me 24 hours after that to set up an appointment for the same PT that j already made an appointment for. I have seen two different techs so far but have been told that none of them are available to speak to me in the last week.
