I only saw the actual doctor once—the rest of the time I was passed off to rude, untrained staff who posed as professionals but lacked any real medical knowledge. Commonly smelling of marijuana, as if they all sit around smoke weed and while working They openly laughed about disabled patients, people who were fed up with their rudeness and shared private medical details in public areas as an attempt to shame them. They advertise $200 visits but then tack on extra charges based on what medications they think you “qualify” for—essentially running a sliding pay scale based on your prescription. You won’t get real care here—just billing games, disrespect, plenty of excuses about reducing your medication and risk to your privacy and health. FLAGRANT HIPPA VIOLATIONS!
