I have never had a problem or complaint whether here or one of the buses. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional but I have never taken the time to recognize them before. Yesterday, a young lady named Aysha drew my blood and did a perfect job, in my opinion. Totally painless.

This was a great move because I didn’t have to go through all the steps only to find out my levels were too low to donate. Good news is I was able to donate, and Gloria did a fantastic job drawing my blood as I have tricky veins to work with. Thank you Gloria!! In addition, the place is nice and clean.
