I just returned from Urgent case where I was treated for severe bruising caused by by my attended hitting an artery . Whoever is the branch manager Take Action. !

- MCMike CarelloAug 22, 20251.0I walked in to the Venice office, and was greeted by a lovely, kind, and wonderful receptionest. That's where the pleasantries ended. I had a special request by my health care provider that needed attention. That, and the fact that I was not able to donate for private reasons. The flobotomist in charge was very rude, condecending, and almost confrontational with me.I left feeling like a Leper. This is an origination that is disposed to help people ?? If you have to donate blood, and use your precious time to do so, I highly recommend you go elsewhere, to a place that actually has honor and empathy. I will tell everyone I know, and meet about this encounter, should their donation needs ever come to my attention, for as long as they, or I'm around.
- DMDavid MondererJul 25, 20251.0Too difficult to donate, between their policies and staff. Go to Suncoast Blood instead. I have never had a problem donating and have never been hassled by the staff at Suncoast, as I have at OneBlood.
