Don't ever buy a package of classes from them, if for some reason you don't use them all, even if it's something out of your control, they will not refund you or give you the classes back. It's completely ridiculous. Will never use this business again. I moved out of state and physically CANNOT attend classes at this location but their response was "too bad, there's nothing i can do for you because it's not our fault you moved." Um...it wasn't planned when I purchased the class pack so it's not my fault either! All I want is to be able to get what I paid for and use the classes at a different facility closer to where I live now! I live 4 states away, what do they expect, me to fly back so I can use the classes? Are they going to pay for that airfare and hotel so I can use them? This is absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely be careful before you purchase anything with them because they do not honor their end of the purchase.
