The issues that I had with my hearing aid, purchased from another business six months ago, made it nearly impossible to wear. In two visits, Matthew resolved the problem, explained proper usage of the appliance and set me up with extra services, none of which was done with the company from which I had purchased it and a company of which I will no longer be a client. Elite Hearing Center is well named for its knowledgeable service.
