However, front desk doesn’t seem to know the difference between a deductible and a max-out-of-pocket, so I got incorrectly charged and the billing department has been unreachable for the past 1.5 months. Also, be aware that although the phone agents might book you for a pap, if you’re under 25 they won’t do it. UPDATE: was able to get help from billing via mychart, now awaiting refund
