I wish I knew more names but I can attest that every person I encountered was kind, empathetic, patient, and helpful during my visit! Planned Parenthood has always been my rock for women’s wellness care and I could recommend this location to anyone in need.
- GGgabbySep 7, 20251.0If i could give 0 stars i would .. This was my first time ever going to a Planned Parenthood, and honestly, it was a really bad experience. The customer service was just... not it. The staff didn’t seem like they cared at all — they were laughing, joking around, and not being professional, especially considering the type of care people are coming in for. The whole vibe felt off. It didn’t feel like a safe or respectful space, and that made everything a lot harder. I was hoping for support and understanding, but instead, I felt ignored and uncomfortable the entire time. I hate to say it, but I wouldn’t come back to this location. It just wasn’t a good experience for me.
- MEMarlenis ElenaJul 25, 20255.0It was my first time ever having services at Planned parenthood and this location has amazing staff from the front office- Kayla ( I believe its her name dark curly hair) she is the sweetest girl ever, the nurses all of them but (Yamila the cuban nurse) is above and beyond she helped my anxiety during this difficult time and really took her time with me and stood during the whole procedure, the rest of the nurses and Drs were wonderful too, I really just wanted to take a minute and thank you all for your care to me today.
