- GEGregory ElliotDec 16, 20255.0the last time i gave blood was at the big red bus at Walmart on Gandy. The did an excellent job. But one week after I called because they only had a M and I needed a L. I was going to go and exchange, but she was so nice and mailed the L. Very good customer service.

She was very gentle and kind, she helped me calm down as I was nervous about it being my first time donating and having had bad experiences in the past with phlebotomists at the hospital (where I ended up with severe nerve damage). Overall my experience was stellar, and I can’t wait to come back in a couple months and donate again. When I come back I’ll be requesting Ellie, and I suggest you do the same!
