I had to wait over 45 minutes and I arrived an extra 15 minutes early, not counting that time). You don’t spend too much time in the waiting area so once they move you to the room, get comfortable because you’re gonna be in there for a Long time!

She was very helpful, so efficient, and very patient as I asked a lot of questions. Arlieny was also very nice, very patient and explained all the steps as we proceeded my screening. Dr. Jorge Troujillo was so awesome!! He made me feel comfortable and attentive to my questions. Upon my leaving I spoke to Norma, Assistant Manager whom also was with a smile. I let her know what a great experience I had with her staff. She was very happy to hear this and thanked me. I thank you all for such a great experience and having a smile! You all made my day! 😊

I had a very strong dog 70# pull me down to ground and left shoulder hit hard . 20 years ago I hurt my right shoulder skiing and this felt the same . Had a great visit and xray plus a Rx to relieve pain and swelling. Great receptionist who took my Medicare card and visit/xray only $30! Plus Lindsey Strong PA shared, as I knew from previous rotator cuff, with time and PT it will heal. Simply the Best Team Concentra Anne Cridler
- NRNicole RobbinsOct 22, 20252.0I am not a patient but my husband is and I have been to several appointments with him. The waits have been long each visit I attended. The doctor was very rough and even after expressing the handling of the injury he continued to yank and tug on the injury causing more pain and discomfort. The delay of ordering an MRI for several weeks preventing an actual treatment and diagnosis to the injury. Not very happy with the way they have dismissed the concerns, they have stated his next appointment will be to declare that MMI has been reached even knows he is no better then he was at his first visit.
