I'm conflicted about this review. The staff were great, but the store is engaging in false advertising.
The $79 special for a "free" eye exam and two pairs of glasses was actually $140-ish, and only applied to a very small selection of glasses that are all mingled in with everything else.
They didn't tell me seeing the physician on site was an extra $59 until it was done. I had even about additional charges like the machine that takes "a better picture" of the back of the eye for an extra $39 which is required in order to see the Dr. So I got blinded 4x because it was necessary to complete the exam and see the Dr. Then, they couldn't point to one place where the glasses were that were part of the special. "Yeah, they're all mixed in. It's just the glasses with the light blue tags."
The young man I worked with was very nice and was clearly trying to work with me, so I'm grateful for that.
There is a bait-and-switch with the advertising. This was my first time visiting, I will not use Stanton Optical again.
(This is not even to mention the men's room was out of service but the door was still wide open,. and the women's restroom reeked of urine and was absolutely filthy. It was also unsupplied. The gas station up the road has better bathrooms. I should have left the moment I saw the bathrooms.)

I would like to thank Mr. Michael personally as he performed a spectacular repair on a pair of bent frames. Without hesitation, he offered a solution, and promptly executed with ease. Would 100% recommend their services.

Dakota was amazing! We had an optical emergency in which my dad’s pup chewed on my mom’s frames and they were able to replace/fix the nose pieces and ear pieces. Truly made our day and was so so helpful

Staff was very rude girl who was doing my eye exam was very rude. When I went to pick out my glasses the guy was telling me that I couldn't get my glasses the same day. But I had to pay for them. Everytime I went up there I always paid for my glasses a week after they had been filled. I was told when I booked my appointment online I agreed to pay which is a lie. And he also told me whoever the man was in the morning with the big holes in his ears that fills the prescriptions. He was trying to make me pay for my glasses before the prescriptions were even filled. And telling me I had to pay for the free eye exam. That I agreed to it when I booked my appointment. Filling out my medical history. So it's sounds like they are stealing people's money and not taking they're jobs seriously.

I would like to start off by saying that I am not one to normally leave a bad review, however after this experience, I felt compelled to.
First visit was a few weeks ago.
Woman who did the initial exam where they take pics of your eyes, do the eye puff test, etc, was extremely rude. She got annoyed with ME because the machine wasn’t working right and got visibly annoyed: I didn’t realize it was my job to tell you how to do YOUR job?
I didn’t realize it was a virtual exam so that was interesting, and the man seemed annoyed with me as well when I hesitated about an answer.
I have extremely poor eyes.
Toric. -11.5, -11 … so I hesitate because I want to be sure.
Every time I did, he would huff and puff at me.
Once I was done with him, the woman who did the initial eye tests had to take pics of my eyes yet again because she hadn’t taken them properly.
After all of that I end up leaving with no contacts because they don’t have my strength.
I explain that I am literally wearing glasses that are well over 10 years old and is there anything they can do because I can’t see.
They explain they can’t.
I ended up going to a different eye doctor who was able to get me loaner contacts the next day so I can see!
Today. I get a text AND an email telling me my contacts are ready
I drive there and am told “yes they are here, but aren’t ready to be distributed”
I leave angry and call corporate who tells me they are there and they aren’t sure why I wasn’t given them.
I walk back in with corporate on the phone and tell Dalton at the front desk that I was told by corporate that my contacts are in.
I am literally wearing loaner contacts and I really need them.
And wouldn’t you know, he is able to find them
I was told that the woman who was too sorry or lazy or both to do her job properly, her name is Brandy. And she is an awful person who shouldn’t be working with people.
She clearly doesn’t care about them otherwise she would have taken the 5 minutes it took Dalton to get them for me.
Unfortunately this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back.
And I also feel that Brandy needs to grow up and start having some empathy, or she needs to work somewhere where she doesn’t deal with the public!
