- CRClint RoszelleDec 30, 20252.0I scheduled an appointment for 115 pm, showed up 10 mins early, but didn’t complete an exam until 145 pm. There were 3 people waiting when I arrived. After the exam another 30 minutes pass before I see the eye doctor. After going through some eye tests he tells me he’ll need to see me again in 15 mins after my eyes dilate. The time is roughly 215. At 245 I’m still sitting waiting for the eye doctor to bring me back. I see he’s in the exam room by himself so I approach and ask him if he’s ready for me. He tells me I need to complete some of the early exams on the machines in another room before I come back to him. He said he told his assistant this. I go to the other room that she’s sitting in, and she’s on the phone texting. I ask her when she planned to bring me back. She says she was told at 3 pm. You have to understand the two rooms were right next to one another so I’m relaying info from the assistant to the doctor, yet they are only 4 feet apart. I ask the doctor why she told him 3 when he told me to wait 15 minutes at 215. He says he didn’t say this. I then tell the assistant and the doctor I’ll have to reschedule. I suggest in the future they shouldn’t schedule so many appointments…at this point the entire waiting room is overfilled with kids sitting on the floor. The assistant blames the front desk for scheduling, she says the doctor doesn’t schedule. I offer this is why their “team” needs work. A total clown show. Maybe they overbook due to now shows, but if you go to Stanton for an eye exam, plan on a minimum of 3 hours.

Always had a smile on his face and was nothing but positive during my entire visit. Was very thorough during the exam process, letting me know what each step consisted of and took the time to explain what everything meant. He also helped me pick out my frames and was genuine in his feedback. I will now be a loyal Stanton Optical customer simply because of his hospitality and overall quality of care. It is hard to find kind people out there, but for anyone reading this, know that if you get the pleasure of working with Raphael, you will be very well taken care of. 10/10 experience

I got the frames and eye exam within a two hour window. It was a surprisingly very fast process. Honestly, the best part was the price. I paid $80 for the eye exam and two beautiful frames. Definitely recommend going to Stanton Optical. 10/10. This location for the win.

They Told Me To Wait To Adjust, I Still Can’t See Out Of Them. I Informed Them Again, & Now I Have To Pay For Another Exam & New Set Of Glasses For A Mistake That They Made.
