  I had the pleasure of seeing Elisa Casey. It was a new patient appointment. She was very thorough and patience going through my medical history , finding out what I needed. I'm so glad I found this practice. It's been such a positive experience from the first time I called and made the appointment. Jay the medical assistant was very kind and made me feel at ease.   I had one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had at this office. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time while multiple older patients who arrived after me were taken back first. I took time off work and drove across town to be here, and for a practice that charges you if you’re even 10 minutes late, I expected a much more respectful and organized system for newer patients. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional—no greeting, eye-rolling, and I had to repeat myself just to be checked in. When I eventually had to leave for work, a nurse made a rude comment about not “holding me hostage.” I asked for my appointment fee to be refunded, was told it was processed, and later found out it wasn’t. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. On top of all that, Dr. Mignon dismissed a legitimate concern I came in for while pressuring me to get a pap smear. I’m not sure why anyone would trust a provider with something that personal when they can’t handle something more basic. *If you’re a younger patient, stay away.* This office clearly prioritizes older clients and shows little regard for anyone else’s time or concerns.
