Omg the pain is so horrible since I had my temporary I went back oh there’s cement in your gums. Scrape etc. now I got the crown and I’m in agony the tooth sensitivity and just day to day torture. I never had this with my NJ dentist! Don’t use them!

I am happy eith the resolution and I will be continuing care at their office. ----- Love this dentist and the office but they have implemented a new self-check-in kiosk. I dont work at their office. I should not be forced to do their check-in work. I asked the front desk staff to check me in, stated I preferred not to do self check-in, and all they said was "oh, sorry. Let us know if you need any help." Ive been going to this practice for years but will be finding another dentist due to the principle of not wanting to check myself in and them refusing to check me in.

A week prior to the new appointment I get a text to check in on line it tells me there is no appointment so I call to confirm. Yes the appointment was there and no worries. An hour later I get a text saying they need to reschedule AGAIN. I call back again and the girl tells me "yes we need to reschedule again" i said never mind this is the 3rd total appointment I have made i am just gonna cancel....her response "ok" so clearly they are not gonna miss you.
