Dr. Botta and the rest of the team are simply amazing. During such a stressful time in our lives we were given full confidence and assurance that everything was going to be okay. I wouldn’t trust any other medical group to perform this specialized surgery on my child. Check ups and post surgery have been great as well.

We ended up seeing 2 of the Dr.’sand speaking to 2 other on call Dr.’s they were all are excellent, extremely helpful and caring. I know it’s annoying that the Dr.’s aren’t always at the same location but the fact that they are available 24/7 to help with real issues was more important to us.

I had a heartbreaking experience here. They were unable to see three of my foster kids. I had to drive an hour to get here. If it weren’t for medicaid and this being one of the only options I would not send a child here. They made me feel truly awful and wasted a lot of time. I feel many things could have been done differently in order to avoid this. Management: Please have more empathy and don’t treat people like a number/means to end. Have some humanity please.

Well this May take a while at first we arrived at 11 AM schedule receptionist lady is horrible. I don’t know how long she’s been doing this but you can tell she’s been doing it for a long time she’s very uncaring. I asked her to turn the TV on because it was showing just a screensaver of a cartoon OK but the lady asked me what is the screen showing and I said it’s showing a cartoon like a screensaver and then she yelled at me and asked me again what is on the TV

I read all the horrible reviews and expected the worst. I will say my experience was the total opposite. Receptionists at sarasota location were all very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Polsky was friendly, explained everything he was doing and offered a lot of easy to understand education on our visits concerns. No surgical procedures needed, but if there was i would have no problem with him proceeding forward!
