During such a stressful time in our lives we were given full confidence and assurance that everything was going to be okay. I wouldn’t trust any other medical group to perform this specialized surgery on my child. Check ups and post surgery have been great as well.

I know it’s annoying that the Dr.’s aren’t always at the same location but the fact that they are available 24/7 to help with real issues was more important to us.

If it weren’t for medicaid and this being one of the only options I would not send a child here. They made me feel truly awful and wasted a lot of time. I feel many things could have been done differently in order to avoid this. Management: Please have more empathy and don’t treat people like a number/means to end. Have some humanity please.

I don’t know how long she’s been doing this but you can tell she’s been doing it for a long time she’s very uncaring. I asked her to turn the TV on because it was showing just a screensaver of a cartoon OK but the lady asked me what is the screen showing and I said it’s showing a cartoon like a screensaver and then she yelled at me and asked me again what is on the TV

Receptionists at sarasota location were all very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Polsky was friendly, explained everything he was doing and offered a lot of easy to understand education on our visits concerns. No surgical procedures needed, but if there was i would have no problem with him proceeding forward!
