THANK YOU! The staff on 1/3/26 were so helpful and kind, helping me with a prescription problem for my sick child. They went above and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful!

Waited 45 minutes past our “appointment time” to be seen with no one else in the waiting area. We had checked in completely online, and as I mentioned, no one else was waiting from the time we arrived. I asked how much longer for the wait a few times and was met with “they will be right out to get you.” They were not. Front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming whatsoever, either. If they hadn’t collected payment immediately, we probably would have left and gone somewhere else. When we finally got called back, the nurse was either in a terrible mood or just not suited to work with kids (this is a KIDS urgent care). Not once did she even talk to my daughter while taking her vitals and weight…it felt very cold and odd. When I told her why we were there and that I our pediatrician sent us this way so my daughter could be tested for the flu, the nurse was like “so do you want a flu test or something?” It wasn’t a friendly tone, and she seemed annoyed. And then we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the exam room to be seen. My daughter (7) even commented on how “quiet and weird” this place felt.
Will not be coming here in the future and I’ll be letting our pediatrician know that maybe this isn’t the best place to refer patients to on a Saturday.

Always happy with the care received here. Glad to have this place available for emergency visits when doctor offices are inconveniently closed.

I've heard a lot of bad stories about this place but I've been here 3x. once for my oldest (9), twice for my youngest (1) . I was just in Sunday evening and they were extremely professional and loving with my son. The nurse practitioner did far more than my son's primary Dr did 3 days prior. Don't read about all the bad reviews. Those who have good experiences don't think to run to write a good review as fast as those with a bad experience.
