- JRJoshua RamirezOct 4, 20251.0Here is my experience and to be fair it was not the Store Staffs Fault. I can tell they do the best they can with the BS they are handed. Let me explain. I called last week the customer care line to make sure they take my insurance and they checked and told me yes. I set up an appointment but unfortunately I was super busy and had to travel last minute. I called again to reschedule today and they had an appointment right away so I said I’ll be right there. I got there and they were fast to get me in I told them I had insurance and they said no problem we will take care of it at the end. Well the end came and they had the wrong insurance info for some reason and I told them it was incorrect. They had me speak to a manager who was not rude at all but said unfortunately my insurance was not accepted there. I explained I would have never wasted my time going if I was told ahead of time. He looked upset but I can tell it was frustration from the way they handle the backend which makes his job a whole lot harder. I was still willing to pay for the exam but he kindly said don’t worry about it and handed my prescription to me which I was able to fill with someone that took my insurance. I did try twice to pay. But he knew the BACKEND of the company messed up. That’s what happens when companies are too corporate. The one star is not for the staff but for the company itself.
