We stopped going about a year ago because their accounting/billing is unable to tell us accurately what a visit will cost. About a year later they are still bothering us with bills as they continue to say we are all good, then come back and say never mind. Honestly is absolutely ridiculous at this point. Parents like myself just want to help our children. Organizations like this could care less about the child. We have had to find a different provider that understands their own billing. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. -Mike Rendon
- EDEllen DeanAug 23, 20255.0I used Brooks Rehab of St. Augustine this year, one set of sessions for post knee replacement surgery and then later a second set of sessions for a shoulder rotator cuff injury. I can't say enough about how Brooks Rehab helped me recover from both of these. Both Desarae and Nick were great to work with and definitely know what they are doing. All I can say for anyone needing rehab from sugery or an injury that I would highly recommend Brooks Rehab of St. Augustine. You have to do your part in following instructions and doing exercises at home, but if you do, your recovery will be as good as possible. Both my knee and shoulder are now completely functional and normal - even though at the beginning I worried if my knee was ever going to work. You have to trust the process. I'm so grateful!
- MMmissyAug 8, 20251.0Literally don't waste your time because it has been 2 months since I did my assessment and still no authorization from my insurance and when I call a month after oh boom we just sent it four days ago. Is been 2 months. Of course you did cuzi called! And then I call again 3 weeks later I don't know we need approval from your PCP it has been 2 months why do you not have approval for my PCP 2 months ago? and it's been 2 months is somebody actually working on this? No they are not so do not waste your time because I have called for the last two months three times a week and I still got nothing done and then when I call all the sudden they sent it four days ago literally you wouldn't have sent it if I did not call you! So called my insurance and had them on the phone to say that all you have to do is send in the assessment and we will approve it you don't even need to send it to the PCP even had them talk to them and nothing is still done after a week! 2 months after several days a week of checking back with them morning done they aren't in it for you! I don't even want to go here anymore because you haven't shown any interest in me as a client and nobody ever answers the phone! They literally never answer the phone and they don't call you back! No supervisors ever call me back! Go to an agency that cares cuz this one doesn't! And I don't know if you've been in their office what is very ghetto they have air vents coming down in word places I don't even trust to be able to breathe in their appropriately and they don't have any answers for anything it's very poorly run. Supervisors don't even ever call you back nobody answers the phone calls go somewhere else this is a trashy place to go!
