The team gave me a very specific and personalized plan focused on addressing my underlying hormone imbalances and inflammation I didn't realize how truly inflamed I was until I started seeing positive results. I lost about 5 lbs of inflammation and now feel so much better. I even have enough energy to start running again because my body craves it! During the second month, I faced an infection and Brittany and her team were exceptionally supportive. They checked in, called at all hours and made sure we were tackling the infection appropriately. They really are here to support their clients every step of the way and it meant so much to me, you will have strong support as you work on big health changes!
