  They were very kind and very understanding.I would recommend going here.Few want to donate blood and you can't seem to find any of their blood buses around this state , especially if you may have a bad experience with the bus , the office is always way , barren and way more understanding than most the staff

  I have donated blood a few times and want to be able to continue but the last two experiences make it difficult to keep going. Most recently, the blood bus was not at the address listed so I called the office because I thought maybe they were closed. They were open and just running behind. So I waited. When they arrived Angelica hopped out and I said "Hey I know you need to set up and I don't wanna hover over you. I'm gonna hang out over there, can you just let me know when you're ready." She snaps back "no I can't come over there and get you I have stuff to set up." So I reply "I understand, I was asking you to let me know when that's done." She said "come back at 12" I said "it's after 12" She said "make an appointment then" I said "I have an appointment for 12" And then she went in the bus and slammed the door. She never stopped to look at me and was just consistently brushing me off and had hostility in her tone of voice. When they finally opened the bus I went inside and she continued to treat everybody there with the same poor attitude. I understand she was probably stressed from them running late but nonetheless she made the experience more uncomfortable than it already is.

  I'm able to donate Blood every 56-days, and they make the experience pleasant and rewarding. Thanks 👍😊

  The staff is very polite, Easy to talk to. Appointments are the best.
