They take excellent care of my husband who needs assistance with most activities of daily living. The agency makes every effort to ensure consistency of care by assigning the same two caregiver(s) to provide 8 to 10 hours of daily care over 7 days. The care manager makes frequent visits to our home to monitor and ensure ongoing quality of care. Agency personnel are highly responsive to my needs and the changing needs of my husband.
