The person was very rude and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing or didn't want to do what they were doing. I had to remind them they had the 12 week prenatal program. That they have access to scheduling or appts and it's details. Of the Locations. It's very frustrating. But again, the inhouse staff is good.

Very safe environment from my experience. Very inclusive of all genders and non-binaries. Came in for a Nexplanon removal and it was such a fast and easy process, definitely will be coming back in the future for my birth control needs.
