More importantly being understanding and helping the best way they can. This experience was easy because of their hospitality. We drove a few hours for this location and they helped us find a location closer to home.
- ARAshley RichmondDec 20, 20251.0I had a really bad experience here. I called ahead and gave them my insurance info and they said I was covered, so I scheduled an appointment. They replaced my birth control implant and put it so deep, that years later my new gyno struggled to get it out. A few weeks after my appointment at Planned Parenthood, they told me I was in fact not covered by insurance and billed me hundreds of dollars for their mistake. I’ve had a good experience in the past at other PP clinics, but I cannot recommend this one.
