  Place is Top Notch . Center was clean . Jamie was pleasant with a smile . Very professional . Assisted me with hearing devices that were comfortable And affordable. I will be Referring her to all of my neighbors. Even put a flier about the biz on the main table for our Monday morning coffee klatsch !! We are very pleased .

  I was persuaded to purchase a set of over the ear hearing aids I was not comfortable due to the look, the shortness of the wire rubbing against my ear (I'm a fairly large person) and the performance of them at nearly $6k. Every time I went in for an adjustment/testing/cleaning I stated that I was not comfortable with the over the ear aids, the way they fit, looked and that I had wanted the in the ear/canal hearing aids from the very beginning. These notes should all be available. This went on for a very long time. The last time I went they agreed that the in the ear would be the best for me and actually fitted a mold for me and told me it would be another $3.5-4k to "upgrade/replace" my current over the ear. This was rather rude since that would have brought my total investment to nearly $10k for the original hearing aids I wanted at $6k. Now, I don't find myself using my current aids and it's very disappointing because my hearing is poor and very noticeable for all to witness. Their website would not accept this message via the "contact us" link. We will see if anyone responds.

  I m giving Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center five stars all the way around excellent service Vanessa was more than helpful she made my experience a lot easier I would definitely recommend them all my friends and family

  The facility was clean and modern. The staff was courteous and efficient. Tracy was very personable and professional. She explained the testing procedure thoughoughly, as well as the results. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Sun City.
