I had a 110% excellent experience starting from the point blank walk-in with the facility, as it was very clean, organized, and comfort-cool temperature wise. Did I mention there was only one donor there besides me, lol? I immediately was welcomed by Pearl, who directed me step by step into the 'information-room' as I like to call it, helping me check in and fill out all my information, making sure I understood the questions and the following procedure. What a sweet heart Pearl is! She was extremely courteous and professional towards me, and she gave me a genuine sense of calmness. The seat where my blood was drawn was a recliner type and very comfortable to 'lay' in. Pearl did a fantastic job drawing my blood and I hardly felt the needle when she inserted it in my arm. She made it easy-peezy for me and chatted with me the whole time. They give you plenty of liquids of several choices and some 'grandma' cookies and an $20 E-Card for my blood donation. I would say Pearl was who made my first time experience at their facility a complete joy. I will definitely be back there again, and highly recommend this Royal Palm Beach One Blood facility to everyone who wants a pleasant experience while donating your 'gift of life'. Thanks for the pleasant experience & so glad to meet you, Pearl!
