It was refreshing. But professionalism should come first. My concerns included below average cleanliness and staff who treated anything beyond basic service as an inconvenience. The main issue was Syed Quadri at the front desk, whose passive aggressive and condescending behavior turned every interaction into an exercise in frustration. After deciding to leave the practice, I requested a refund for services I never received and copies of my x-rays. My first email was ignored except for a brief, unprofessional acknowledgment. A second email received no response. Only after sending a third email referencing state law, setting a deadline, and filing a bank dispute did I finally receive my records and a promise of a refund which never arrived. I only recovered my money through the bank dispute. Even Ms. Quadri’s emails were passive aggressive and riddled with typos. She refused to take personal responsibility. Interacting with her and this office, as a whole, became yet another ritual of humiliation, much like navigating the rest of the US healthcare system. Basic requests for refunds and medical records shouldn't require multiple emails, legal threats, and bank intervention. I also noticed differential treatment that seemed related to my insurance. This lack of professionalism created unnecessary stress and raised questions about how this practice values patients, which is to say not at all.
