  I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at All Smiles Dentistry 🤗🙏. Luisa, my hygienist, is a true God send!! She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented!! She explains everything to me and is always gentle with my cleanings! Also, appreciate Dr. Garcia, who made time for me to also make impressions for a new partial denture I needed without having to make another appointment!! Thank You!!

  What an amazing experience! This was my second cleaning service with Luisa; she loves love her craft. You can tell by the detail she puts in her work and the advice she provides, advice to better maintain your dental health. I am based in Miami, but the two hour drive every six month in worth it. Thank you for being you! Keep up the good work; you are a breath of fresh air.

  I’ve been a patient at All Smiles for about two years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr. Sanchez handled my aligner treatment and was great about addressing all of my concerns along the way. I experienced pain after treatment, and he provided several options to help. Katelyn, who managed the financial side at the time, was incredibly helpful—especially when I lost my job and insurance. She made a difficult time much easier. However, things changed after Dr. Sanchez left the practice. I no longer had a clear point of contact for follow-up care, especially regarding continued pain and confusion about my retainers. I was sent six aligners after a re-treatment, but none were labeled as retainers. I had a similar issue a year prior. I followed up—but every time I called, I could only speak with Donna at the front desk. Unfortunately, Donna was consistently dismissive, unhelpful, and even condescending when I tried to explain my situation. Despite my move across state (3 hours away), she wouldn't escalate my concerns to a doctor or assist with sending my records and only recommended I get a second opinion. She also gave incorrect information—telling me I had received my retainers when I hadn’t, which I later confirmed with another location. Because of that, I was unknowingly using my aligners incorrectly (which was not helping the pain). Thankfully, once Katelyn (now the manager) returned from PTO, she personally reached out. She was professional, empathetic, and took immediate steps to address the issues. Her help, along with the support from other kind staff, kept my overall experience from being a negative one. That said, Donna’s lack of professionalism and refusal to truly assist patients is concerning. It’s clear I wasn’t the only one who felt this way based on what I witnessed from the staff. I hope management addressed this, as patients deserve respect and proper support—especially when it comes to follow-up care and access to their own records.

  This establishment is a money grab whenever you book to get a cleaning they recommend to do an exam which is fine however they do the exam, but they won’t do your cleaning per their policy so you will need to make two separate appointment if you are working that means you would need to take off two days just to get something that could be done in one day. This is so they can bill you on multiple occasions. I was very disappointed and truly disgusted by this process. Do better

  I'm thrilled to share my experience at this exceptional dentist office! Dr. Garcia and the entire team, especially the dental hygienists, are truly the best in the industry. Their expertise and knowledge are impressive, and their gentle touch made me feel at ease during my visits. What truly sets them apart, though, is their kindness and transparency. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone is warm and caring. They take the time to explain everything, including costs, so you're never left wondering what's next. If you're looking for a dentist office that truly cares about your oral health and well-being, look no further. I've never felt so comfortable and confident in a dental experience. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!
