Her attitude and demeanor were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and she demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding basic procedures. I would not recommend this location—do not waste your time, as the service is consistently poor.

Mrs. Christy helped me understand my prescription, while Mrs. Lorna made the eye exam and choosing frames so easy and fun. Their positive energy made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about your comfort and experience, but they both went above and beyond. Five stars all around for them!
