There's no optometrist!
There's a machine doing your exam. I felt bad for the employee that was helping me and I didn't leave once I found out. I stayed for the exam, just until, after having to repeat it twice because something went wrong with the program, I apologized but left. I will find a place where an optometrist can make my exam. Employees were nice, but a medical office without a doctor is not aceptable.

The entire eye exam was done by a tech and powered by AI — I never even saw a real doctor. The tech was painfully slow and clearly didn’t know how to operate the AI system they were using. She had to call for help what felt like a thousand times just to get through the exam. The whole process dragged on for over an hour and a half, even after I mentioned that I full schedule and had clients waiting afterward. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, and the entire experience felt unorganized and frustrating. Definitely not don’t recommend!

I went to Stanton Optical in Port Saint Lucie and was very disappointed with their process. The eye exam was performed by a technician, not an optometrist. It was fully computerized, and the technician didn’t seem to know how to operate the machine correctly—at one point giving me three options instead of two.
In my opinion, an eye exam is something that should be taken very seriously. An improper or inaccurate assessment can cause more harm than good, especially for someone who already has vision problems or for a child who can’t clearly express what they’re seeing.
To make matters worse, I have not seen the optometrist in person. Everything is apparently sent over the web to someone who reviews it remotely and signs it electronically.
If you ask me, I’d avoid this place and go somewhere where you can actually be seen by a qualified eye doctor in person.

My husband ordered 2 pairs of glasses, on September 13th, both with Progressive Lenses, 1 to be tinted as sunglasses. Received 1 pair, still haven't received the second pair (sunglasses). We have called several times to check the status. We're getting the "run around" on why we have only received the 1, and why the second pair is delayed. The only reason given, is because the second pair was to be "tinted". Doesn't make sense to us. Won't be coming back!

Please be ware of frames. Even though everyone there is super nice. I had issues with frames. They did frames 3 times and last time I went to pick up the frames broke right there in store. I requested my $ back but they still charged for eye exam Even though it was their fault for having faulty frames. And the money back is still not in my credit card. Total unacceptable.
