They chat with patients and amongst one another to keep the atmosphere lively. I'm working with Andrew, who has already made a difference in just a short time. He's a step ahead each time we meet, pretty much expecting the outcome each week. I've been there in years past, sung their praises before, and will continue to use Brooks if the need arises.
