He explained his approach was to help the body heal itself. A change in diet was necessary. Not a diet, but a true change in habits and choices. He explained that so much of what we eat have chemicals and preservatives that our body wasn’t designed to digest, causing inflammation and many of the modern day ailments. That along with some simple home care procedures could help return the feeling in my feet to normal. It’s been about two months now. I have seen improvement in my feet, my balance, and my waistline. Overall, I do feel better than I have in a long time. It’s funny how we just get used to these gradual changes and don’t even realize it until we are shown what it’s like without. Dr Riddle and his entire staff are super friendly. I look forward to each visit. Aches and pains I’ve dealt with for decades are minimal or all together gone. If you are dealing with chronic back pain, other joint issues, or neuropathy, I highly recommend seeing Dr Nate.
