- CCCaroline Clinton5 days ago5.0This Urgent Care clinic is very impressive. Leslie in the front office is a delight to deal with. Michelle one of the Nurses is very professional and helpful. Mr. Bravo, Nurse Practioner (I cannot recall his first name) listened, offered good advice and was professional. Lisa, the Office Manager, was very caring and friendly. While I reside in Deerfield Beach and this location is a bit of a drive, there is no other clinic I would want to go. The staff is just excellent. Thank you!

She said she is only an ER doctor and that another doctor would reach out and I would receive an email with instructions on care. I never heard from anyone. She sent me out with no instructions, just my broken foot in an ace bandage (after I asked for one to at least somewhat mobilize it)

- OKOlga KNov 10, 20254.0The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of poor triage and therefore long waiting time for a person who was in visible distress. I came with abdomen - epigastric pain that radiated in the chest and upper back and I was left there for 1 hour while other non - emergencies went thru: people for drug tests , some test results , etc If this is an emergency clinic, then people who are in severe distress, they should be taken in as soon as they cleared the check-in desk. Otherwise, the stuff in the back was amazing. They have very good doctors, the place look well, equipped, and clean, and everyone who does clinic in there was very professional and empathetic and I thank them for that.
