The staff was nice and helpful to me. I do think they need to work on building community amongst each other. I believe that would help them work more cohesively and be kinder to each other. Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable every time I spoke with her. That’s all for now.

There were two senior citizens and eight other customers in the lobby/waiting area. There was a female in her 20’s listening to snap chat videos using extremely offensive language loudly enough for your staff at front desk to hear as well!! I asked politely for the young customer to please use head phones OR to turn off the volume. She said, “NO!” and started laughing and turned the vulgar sound even louder. I looked at the front desk staff and she shrugged her shoulders. Unprofessional atmosphere at this location allowing this to disrespect all other customers. Please address this with your employees and hopefully post in waiting room zero volume on electronics and to step outside for all phone calls. Thank You in advance. Our company frequents your place of business. 🙏🏻
