From the very beginning, Mrs. Jody, the office manager, was professional and patient, giving me all the time I needed to submit my medical records. Her hospitality and the respectful way I was treated when I met her at my apt, made a huge impact on me referring a friend or 2 because I know she will assist in getting the job done. The main woman that calls & reminds me of my appointments is very nice & works adequately & professional indeed as well as the other front desk staff, including Mr. Gabriel, very active and works effective to schedule appointments that are feasible for your best interest in your available schedule. This has ensured the best level of business and makes the process so much smoother. I'd also like to give special thanks to Dr. Wilmyne for her professionalism and understanding. She makes new patients feel welcome all while moving with precaution by going over your prior history and current injuries with delicacy and diligence. She then provided me with possible solutions and a great sense of hope for a successful outcome. Dr.Wilmyne has a prominent future ahead of her because she knows how to connect with her staff from what I observed at my appointment & with the patients kindly with full transparency for real & she is a blessing in the medical field. This top level of care will open up doors beyond & forevermore! Dr. & the rest of the doctors & nurses on staff clearly are here to help! The things I have witnessed them do to a disabled pain management patient is inhumane and not morally or ethically correct.
