Original Review: I ordered 1ml syringes and 12 ply gauze pads. The "12 ply" gauze pads were NOT 12 PLY, toilet paper would be better. Neither products on their website provided accurate photos or detailed information. THE BOXES AND THE BRANDS AREN'T EVEN THE SAME! The syringes are WAY too bulky for me to use in my autoject device. And I can't return any of it now that I've been able to inspect the actual "quality" of the products they've dumped onto me. Also, I ordered these products on the 1st of the month, but they didn't ship it until 8 days after I ordered it! The charge to my account was pending for 4 days before suddenly disappearing, my order hadn't even shipped yet, I contacted them about what was going on, and after 3 days with no response I thought my order was canceled by them with no warning. Then a couple days after i got an email that it had been shipped, the charge to my account suddenly went through. It was sent via USPS, and they made a mistake so it said it was delivered when it wasn't, luckily USPS was able straighten it out and I got my package eventually. But apparently I was better off not getting anything at all. I wasted both my time and my money just so I could get more useless crap. The quality of these gauze pads is the same quality I get for free from my local community stuff, that might be fine for shallow injections that don't bleed more than a couple drops, but I do muscle injections that actually need some decent absorption and pressure to get it to stop bleeding. In fact, cotton balls would do a better job than this so called "12 ply" junk. And as nice as it might be to have a stiff syringe that has 2mm thick plastic walls, it makes it that much more difficult to see inside the syringe for any imperfections. And the plunger does NOT have a tip inside of it so that you aren't wasting a fraction of your precious prescription every single time you load up a syringe. It is so very strange to see that Amazon offers better medical supply products than a company that is supposed to specialize in medical supplies. When I checked out the return process, just for the heck of it, I found out that they could try to charge me for the return shipping and a restocking fee. So it's not like I would actually get my money back anyway! (i seriously need to figure out how to donate all of these useless medical supplies i keep collecting) - Update: After leaving this review, I had to go away on a business trip soon after, I found out that they had tried to contact me during that time and I received a refund some days after that. I am happy I got my money back, now I can afford to pay for the correct medical supplies, but I still have to buy them from someplace else and I wasted enough time that by the time I can get someone else to send me my medical supplies it will have been more than a month since I had intended to receive them. I wanted the correct supplies to arrive before I had to leave. So, while I am less angry, I am still unhappy about being at the end of such a preventable situation. (P.S. Not everyone has access to wifi 24/7, nor can everyone afford to pay for their own personal phone number and phone service to follow them wherever they go, we do what we can to get what we need even when things are designed to require such luxuries.)
