  I had one of the worst gym experiences with this gym. Like many others have said, I strongly recommend staying away unless you want to deal with misleading sales practices and extremely poor customer service. I originally paid for a full year membership. Halfway through the year, a salesperson convinced me that my membership had expired. I was confused, but he was very manipulative and pressured me into signing up for an entirely new membership. Later, I discovered that I was being charged for two memberships at the same time. Trying to get help or even bring this issue to someone’s attention was incredibly difficult. From the front desk to management, I was consistently treated as if they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. Getting anyone to actually look into the problem felt like a battle. When I requested a refund for the duplicate membership, it took eight months of fighting to get my money back. During that time, I was treated like I was doing something wrong or even stealing, simply for trying to use a membership I had already paid for. Tyrrell and Nicole were extremely rude and completely unhelpful throughout the process. I initially enjoyed this gym, but the experience went downhill very quickly. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care completely ruined it for me.

  Had the best experience at this gym. WAY less busy than nearby gyms. Signed up in Jan 2025 and used the recovery room almost daily for 8 months. Always clean with a good vibe. Solid music too.

  Very nice gym. Big, well-equipped. Lots of classes. Unfortunately the Muay Thai class is actually just a kickboxing conditioning class.
