The lady who greeted us was extremely rude from the beginning, but I ignored it sat down, filled out our paperwork. My wife was called into her office. First one minute later my wife comes out of the office and walks out of One Blood Telling me that the lady was extremely rude to her also and she’s not gonna stand for it. The lady who was being rude to my wife, came out of the room, also started talking to me, making excuses to which I responded lady I wasn’t in the room. I don’t know what happened. All I know is that your donor is outside and you’re in here trying to defend yourself and I don’t even know what you’re defending yourself against the entire experience was very very bad on top of that we went to the donation center in Cooper city we were able to donate there however we were both left with large bruises

The phlebotomists was in her cellphone at the same time she is asking for my info, she type all wrong will still on her cellphone. An easy rule they already should know turn off the phone when you are with the patient or Doctor. I just walk away, never going back to any One Blood office.
