They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The hearing test was detailed and easy to understand, and they provided clear recommendations tailored to my needs. The quality of the hearing aids is exceptional—I can’t believe the difference they’ve made in my daily life! What truly stood out was their commitment to customer service.   I brought my Mother here to check her hearing aids . The experience was excellent . One of Mom’s hearing aids was bothering her. The office manager changed the dome and made it more comfortable. I can see that they truly care about their customers and I am very glad my Mom is able to go to this location. Highly recommended!

  Prior to my finding out about Miracle Ear I had been to at least 3 places in hopes that they would be “the one” to finally give me some hearing back. Unfortunately it was not to be. I’m profoundly deaf and had given up hope of ever hearing my Children and Grandchildren again. I gave it one more shot with Miracle Ear and I’m so grateful that I did! Nadine and Raquel were heaven sent!! Nadine went above and beyond, and to my joy and amazement, I was hearing again! From the fitting of my aids to the help with Financing, nothing was a bother for her. Raquel is the first to greet you, with a smile so warm her eyes twinkle. Raquel is caring, so much so, that I feel I’ve known her my whole life. HOPE, when least expected, can turn into an amazing Gift… I’m grateful to them Both. Cat Lopez

  As a young adult, I was terrified when I woke up 1 day to be completely deaf in my right ear. I went to a clinic first thinking it was an infection (no help) after that I went to broward general hospital ( no solution )after that I went to a specialist ( ENT ) they injected my eardrum 3 different times with steroids, after 3 weeks and three shots later they told me I have in their words "dead ear". They told me about possibly getting a cross hearing aid or operate. I cried, I cried hard. I was scared, confused, unbalanced and honestly traumatized for 2 years ( imagine just waking up after having a great night, no accidents no history of deafness in the family and be just cut out of hearing in one ear) , I thought I was just going to have learn to live without hearing. One day my husband and I were driving and passed by a sign that said "miracle ear" we both kinda chuckled and joked about calling and getting an appointment but after a few days I said to myself " why not? What's the worst that could happen? They tell me the same news?" That's when I met Nadine! And my whole world turned back on! On our first visit i walked in with my husband and was already emotional and tearing up having to go through the same tests expecting the same answers. NO!!! Nadine was the most comforting sincere optimistic and wholesome Dr I have ever been blessed to meet, that same day she informed me I still had up to 20% of hearing!!! She let me try a new hearing apparatus that same day and when I said I cried before I cried this time in honest disbelief!!! I could hear! I could actually hear my husband's voice talking to me on my right side for the first time in over 2 years!.. we obviously jumped at this blessed opportunity and with Nadine by my side the whole way through the process I have my aid in everyday since! She calls me and sets up following check ups, she goes up and beyond giving me instructions and meticulously asks the most important and personal questions about my experience and she tweaks and modifies my hearing aid to make it as comfortable and efficient for daily use in my life's routine. She modifies and increase or decrease certain sounds and makes every visit I have with her such a wonderful experience, she welcomes me like a friend a real person with a warm smile and hug. She has changed my life in the most incredible miraculous beautiful way and I can not thank her and miracle ear enough for this gift. Nadine is by far the best Dr I have ever met in my life she is kind, incredibly sincere, gentle and understanding. Thank you Nadine from the bottom of my heart and of my family's, you have touched my life in such a positive impacting way and I am 100% sure I am not the only one. Who ever reads this and knows what it is like to have a hearing problem you would understand how incredible "miracle ear" is how wonderful their service is. If you have not gone yet because you think there's no solution or have giving up, please please go see Nadine it will really open your eyes and ears! to incredible possibilities.
