  I was completely satisfied with my ramp purchase experience with Eric at Express Ramp. Buying a wheelchair ramp was a challenging experience for me as had no experience in modular wheelchair ramps and I a timeline. I needed to make sure my brother-in-law would be able to safely get into his home upon discharge from the hospital. My first thought was to make a ramp in the same style as a deck out of wood. Using the EZ-Access modular system was much faster, already to ADA specifications and likely within the same cost as a DIY, especially now with wood prices going up now. The best part was how easy it was to assemble. It is important to have accurate measurements and since I was unfamiliar with how the modular system work I needed some guidance. Eric happily assisted me in ensuring I was purchasing the correct components for my needs, and Eric was able to provide the best price. If I need ramp product again I will use Eric and Express Ramp.

  The steps are nice, and very sturdy. I had some issues, but was able to get everything worked out. Don't count on the 3-5 day shipping. That is based on the trucking company used.

  Since my previous review Express Ramps has made much improvement in customer service. Their products have always been very good and priced right. Hats off to improved service!

  Will not place an order. Flat refusal. Poor company (Reply to company: You're right that we never did business, because you never shipped the ramp we ordered. We got an estimate from you, then tried to place the order and sent over our CC info, then never got the ramp. When we called today, we were hung up on once, then told that the estimate did not exist and the item on our estimate does not exist. We have never seen a company make it this difficult to do business. Judging by the tone of your response, you should stop by and try some of our product, might help with the anger issues! Bonus: your website says you can order online or call 24 hrs a day, yet there is no way to order online and customer service closes at 6pm, which you must use to place on order. Great job.)
