  I had a great experience completing my necessary procedure. The front desk lady and Kashima were both amazing at assisting me and I was in and out very quickly. Great staff and service!

  Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle Cero. Este es el peor lugar que he visitado en toda mi vida. No funciona NADA, no te hacen las citas, no te mandan los resultados, te dicen que te van a llamar y no lo hacen, todavía estoy esperando unos resultados que me deberían de enviar y no lo han hecho, tuve que cambiarme a otro centro. Hablas con una persona diferente cada día y nadie se pone de acuerdo, siempre te dicen algo diferente. Te dan la cita a las 4 y te hacen esperar 2horas para verte, y cuando lo hacen no es el mismo doctor, es uno nuevo. Es un DESASTRE, no se por qué sigue abierto. Es una FALTA DE RESPETO. I’m giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. NOTHING works — they don’t make appointments, they don’t send your results, they say they’ll call you and never do. I’m still waiting for some results they were supposed to send me, and they haven’t. I had to switch to another center. You talk to a different person every day and no one is on the same page — they always tell you something different. They schedule your appointment for 4:00, make you wait two hours to be seen, and when they finally do, it’s not even the same doctor, it’s a new one. It’s a DISASTER — I don’t know how this place is still open. It’s a COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT.

  The test machine used for my test had shown red screen by itself on the time they self-tested in the front of you I believe the machine is faulty old and not supposed to be used.

  Posting on behalf of someone close to me who preferred to stay anonymous for privacy reasons. I visited Concentra Urgent Care in Plantation, FL for a pre-employment drug screening. The front desk staff were courteous and professional, but my interaction with the collector made the experience very uncomfortable. Throughout the appointment, the staff member’s tone and comments felt overly familiar and unprofessional. They repeatedly used a nickname for me without permission, made unnecessary personal remarks, and asked unrelated questions during the testing process. Their phrasing and demeanor crossed several boundaries that made me uneasy, especially considering the private nature of the procedures. I understand staff may try to build rapport, but medical and testing environments require a higher level of professionalism and respect. I hope management addresses this to ensure patients, especially women, feel safe and respected during all visits.
