I was basically extorted at the front counter as I was told I needed to pay full price for my visit when my insurance clearly states I’m only liable for 10% and your facility actually let me leave without treatment because I did not have the funds to be seen. My wife had to call your office, speak to the manager and the insurance company. we received an apology from the office and was asked to come back for my visit and only pay $15. The fact that you guys fraudulently charge patients when you know Your contract clearly states how you are to be reimbursed by the insurance companies is a little upsetting and I will do my best to make sure no one else is referred to your facilities as there are many other options in the area… Thank you and have a great day. I lost out on potential job opportunities because she put my dot card on pending because of this. I had to wait 2 months to see a specialist to clear that whole issue up only to be told I have to do another physical. I will never visit this concentra ever again.

When I arrived with the person who needed to see the doctor (whose name I prefer not to mention), we waited for more than an hour and a half. The clinic was empty, but they kept calling in people who arrived after us, and we continued to wait. The service is horrible; the clinic is empty, and the staff makes people wait for a very long time. Terrible service.
