A very special recognition goes to Symone, the front desk representative, whose professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist every patient truly set the tone for an outstanding visit. Her kind demeanor and attention to detail made the process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. My heartfelt gratitude also goes to all the intake nurses, especially Yaritza and Claudia, whose compassion, humor, and comforting energy brought a sense of calm and care to the experience. Their teamwork and dedication reflect genuine passion for patient well-being.   We work with Azura Surgical Center in Plantation through our dialysis facility, and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Their team is always available and responsive when our patients need assistance with their Catheter, AVF or AVG access issues. The staff is professional, efficient, and provides great communication every step of the way. Their representative who visits our office does an excellent job keeping us informed and updated on patient appointments and procedures. We truly appreciate how consistent they are about sending over the doctor’s visit notes promptly—whether the patient shows up or not, they make sure we’re always in the loop. It’s a pleasure collaborating with such a reliable and caring team. Highly recommend Azura Surgical Center for their excellent service and dedication to patient care!

  My husband Roland has been a patient for a few years at this location. The customer service that the staff display is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel comfortable and cared for. Claudia and Jen are amazing! All the staff are friendly and welcoming! We will choose them to care for my husband always! Not to mention he loves it there despite his situation. He never complains when it’s appointment day. Thank you all for the great work that you do!!!

  Hi my name is Ebony and i had my catheter replace at this facility. The staff here is immaculate (chef’s kiss ) .Ms lymari did my intake she was so pleasant and efficient. then I proceeded to the back to have my procedure done . My team was so great Ms Genene , Ms Lynn & Ms kelly (i love them ) . My pain tolerance is very low and I get overwhelmed easily, and I express my emotions by crying. From the beginning to the end, these ladies were very supportive, comforted me and reassured me everything is gonna be OK. The whole staff here is lovely great personalities and they all was so nice although I was nervous. I felt safe.Dr Dah Dah The tallest man I ever met in my life (lol) he was a gentle giant. He was very efficient got the procedure done in no time he did a really good job with me. overall, the facility here is very nice & clean the whole staff here is pleasant i mean everyone . I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who has to have any type of access readjusted or replaced. My experience here was a great one and if for any reason I needed to come back, I definitely would.
