If I could give this facility a negative star I would. We originally started out at the Seminole location. Had several issues with attitude coming from the front desk staff. The office manager moved us to the Pinellas park location. We have not gotten any kind of answers for our child. She has been constantly sick over the past 2 years. I had to beg for an allergist referral because we kept getting told she was just sick with allergies. Go to the allergist and my daughter isn’t allergic to anything. Recently she has been having rashes. We went in yesterday get told to just do Benadryl and an antihistamine. My baby girl was so red and swollen she couldn’t even walk. I called this morning to have a nurse give me a call and it’s almost 1pm with no phone call. I will be finding another pediatrician. STAY VERY CLEAR FROM THIS INCOMPETENT OFFICE!

I had a bad experience with the nurse doing the eye exam for my 12 year old daughter on Saturday, 10/18/25 at 9:15 appointment. My daughter already feels bad she has to wear glasses and informed me she is having a hard time seeing the board at school. It is one reason why I took her to the doctor. This nurse was rude, sarcastic, and making fun of my daughter as she conducted the exam. My daughters’ self esteem and self confidence is very important especially at this age. An adult female should know that and especially as a professional. The nurses’ body language and tone while she conducted the exam made my daughter feel uncomfortable and bad about not being able to pass the eye exam. In other words, she lowered her self esteem. Very upset and disappointing. She should not be working at a pediatrics clinic at all! The front desk could be more friendly and welcoming! The doctor is a sweet heart and very professional!
