    Mi experiencia en Concentra Urgente Care, fue muy placentera. La atención fue excelente, siempre dispuestos ayudar no solo a mi, si no a todos los pacientes que de alguna manera necesitamos del servicio que aquí se requiere. Recomiendo mucho este lugar... Gracias por todo.

    I signed in on the clipboard. After waiting over an hour, I went up to the desk & asked why I have not been called yet. The receptionist asked me if I signed in, & I told her the exact time. When she looked at the front of the clipboard, I could tell that the previous labels above the current sign-in’s name was removed, including mine. She turns over the clipboard to see that she had placed my sticker label on the back of the clipboard without ever calling my name. She had assumed because of my first name, that it was another customer that had come in earlier. I had to hold my bladder for 1.5 hours waiting for my turn. SHE GETS THE BAD REVIEW. The technician was great. Less than 10 min to drop off urine for testing.

    Nice and clean place. But waiting over an hour for a drug test is absolutely unacceptable. And telling a lie that you have parking for trucks is unacceptable. So me having to park 4 blocks away plus a long wait equals never coming back. And will pass the word on to other trucking companies to not use this place for drug screening
