- JGJeff GDec 10, 20255.0I am a first time patient and had an overall great experience there. Reception is a little impersonal with the use of a Kiosk, but everything else went pretty smoothly. I would have liked a full explanation of the practice being a new patient (how long there, what equipment they have, services provided and a little about the dentists) all of that would have been nice, but they launched right in to evaluation and baseline. They did answer all my questions. The staff, techs etc. were very nice and thorough. Dr. Young was great. She was thorough, pleasant and attentive and gave great advice. I read other less positive reviews, but my experience as a new patient was very good. I would recommend highly.
