I assume she  was training someone, yet spent the majority of the time on her phone while the trainee just sat there silently. She came across very dry and not inviting at all, which set a poor first impression. It felt unprofessional and honestly a bit absurd considering she was supposed to be training. Hoping this is addressed because the rest of the staff was exceptional.
